Frozen Shipment Disclaimer

1. Perishable Goods Policy

Sochi Store takes great pride in sourcing premium frozen and perishable goods. To maintain quality, these items are shipped in insulated containers with cold packs.

2. Risk of Thawing

By purchasing frozen items, the customer acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of thawing during transit.

• Acceptable Condition: If items arrive “cool to the touch” (below 40°F/4°C), they are safe to consume or refreeze.
• Customer Negligence: Sochi Store is not responsible for spoilage if the package is left unattended after delivery for more than 2 hours.

3. No-Refund Policy on Perishables

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on frozen or perishable items. If a shipment is delayed significantly by the carrier resulting in total spoilage, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt with photo evidence.
